9:00–9:15 am: Welcome, warm-up dynamic stretching

9:15–10:30 am: Indoor skill stations (dribbling, passing, ball control)

10:30–10:45 am: Snack break (healthy snacks provided by parents or camp)

10:45–12:00 pm: Indoor/or outdoor small-sided games (5v5-7v7 depending on group)

12:00–12:45 pm: Lunch

12:45–1:45 pm: World Cup-inspired activities (quiz, strategy sessions, team mini-tournaments)

1:45–2:30 pm: Outdoor practice or scrimmage

2:30–3:00 pm: Cool-down, reflective talk, gear check, pick-up prep
