We would first like to start off by saying the safety of our players, staff, parents, and partners are the highest priority for Heavens Eleven Football Club (HEFC). We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation on a daily basis, and following the guidelines from Ontario Soccer. As the situation progresses, management has been taking extra precautions to ensure the well-being of all staff, including asking unwell staff to self-isolate and to monitor symptoms if there is a risk of exposure.

In light of the current events, many inquiries regarding registration for both our summer programs and summer camp have come to light:

Q. If I sign up my child for summer camp and it is canceled, what is the refund policy?

You will receive a full refund and/or credit to be used at a later date – this is dependent on your preference.

Q. If your season is shortened as a result of COVID-19, how does this affect your fees?

We will pro-rate the fees based on the number of weeks of the season. For instance, if the season is 8 weeks instead of 16, the fees will be half the normal price.

Q. I am concerned about the well-being of my child and the uncertainty of how long the COVID-19 will last. Am I able to register mid-season once I feel more comfortable?

For house league programs this MAY be a possibility depending on space available. If we are able to accommodate we certainly will, but there is no guarantee. For our competitive league, this will be addressed on a case-by-case basis with no guarantee.

If there are any additional questions or concerns that you may have, do not hesitate to contact the club at [email protected]
